1. Return Eligibility Window

You may submit return requests within 30 calendar days after your package delivery date. Any requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

For customers located in EU/UK, you hold a statutory 14-day cooling-off period per local consumer laws, which overrides our 30-day rule.

2. Qualifications for Full Refund

To get a full refund, returned goods must meet all requirements below:

• Unused, unwashed, undamaged, no stains or scratches
• Complete original packaging, tags, manuals and attached accessories
• With valid order number and purchase proof

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following categories cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom engraved or personalized made-to-order products
• Clearance sale and flash sale final items
• Intimate goods, skincare and perishable goods for hygiene reasons
• Digital downloadable files and online courses

4. How to Apply for Return & Refund

• Email our support team at TYZW33@outlook.com with your order ID, item photos and return reason.
• We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization address and instructions.
• Pack goods securely and ship back at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping fees unless items arrived damaged or defective.
• Once our warehouse receives and inspects returned items, refunds will be processed in 3–7 working days to your original payment account. The arrival time of funds depends on your bank’s processing schedule.

5. Damaged / Defective Goods

If you receive broken, defective or wrong items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photo evidence. We offer free reshipment, partial discount or full refund without return shipping cost for quality issues.
